In many cases, there is a  lot  of  difficulty  in taking a screenshot of the entire web page. Through the ‘print screen’ button we can only take screenshot of one part. If we have to take a screenshot of the whole page then we will have to use the ‘full page screen capture’ extension. It will also help to get a screenshot of the page which is not visible on the screen. There is a simple way for this. With the help of which we will be able to take a screenshot of the entire web page.

How to take a screenshot of the entire web page

We will first need a browser add-on, we use Chrome most, so you can add Chrome browser add-on. When the extension is associated with your web browser, then next to the web address you will see an icon like camera.

After this you can easily take a  screenshot  of  any  web  page.  For  this  you will be able to take a screenshot of the whole web page by pressing alt, shift and ‘P’ buttons simultaneously. After taking a screenshot, you can  download  it  in  PDF  or  PNG  too. On this page you will get a history option, in which you will get old screenshots.

Apart from this, if you want to save a text or the page in the form of a photo, you can send a screenshot of that page and save it to your desktop or mail and send it to anyone.

To get the screen shot, first install Microsoft’s snipping tool in your windows PC. After the snapping tool is installed, run it. By the way, all versions of the sniping tool window 7 are free to install. But you can install it from Microsoft’s site too. Now open the page you want to take a screen shot of and open the sniping tool by going to the Start menu.
